Epic Fail: Canadian comedian tries to punk Palin

Many on the left are trying to use this video as proof that Palin got punked by a fake reporter. Methinks not! First and foremost where is the funny? This second rate Dame Edna wanna be is as dry as chips. Second, Palin is right, Canada’s healthcare system is in desperate need of free market principles. Just ask Steven Crowder!

I'm surprised this was on anyone's radar. It made very few rounds in Canadian news. I was going to ignore it completely because it's so silly.
Marg Delahunty is played by Newfoundland actress Mary Walsh. If you've ever seen the show, "This Hour Has 22 Minutes", you would see that her schtick consists of showing up at public events (usually with politicians) and making a nuisance of herself. For her to frame this stunt as a serious debate is just plain dishonest and absurd. It doesn't ring true at all.
I don't recall a lot of outcry when Michael Moore, in all his fat, pasty, capitalist irrelevance, proceeded to bark orders at us against choosing a private over public health-care system. He doesn't live in Canada and never will. I'm grateful for that but that's beside the point. If Mrs. Palin's American viewpoint is not welcome in Canada, we should be screaming at the top of our lungs at ANY American (particularly if they are liberal hypocrites) and his or her intrusive opinions.
I, for one, welcome Mrs. Palin's opinion but that's just me.
